Because our body butters are handcrafted, 100% natural, and created for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.

We take immense pride in the quality and hygiene of every jar that leaves our shop. For your safety — and the safety of all our customers — once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Why We Have This Policy

Hygiene & Safety: As a personal care product, we must ensure that every jar you receive is sealed, pristine, and handled only by you. Accepting returns would compromise the integrity of our products and the trust of every customer we serve.

Natural Integrity: Our formulas are crafted with raw, natural ingredients and contain no synthetic preservatives. Once a product leaves our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee its stability, safety, or efficacy.

Temperature Sensitivity: Our whipped body butters are made with love, and a texture that requires care. Natural butters are sensitive to heat, and while we ship with insulation and ice packs, transit conditions can vary. If your butter arrives soft or melted, please refer to our product images for a simple at-home method to restore its signature airy texture.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of everything we make. If you have a concern about your order — damaged packaging, a missing item, or anything unexpected — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your situation and do our best to make it right
